I’m getting an oil change in the foreign right now then it’s full body workout for two hours
I ate over twice that yesterday, woke up, wasn't sore, and just got back from the gym. Lifted for almost 2 and a half hours (Upper Day 2) and then ran a mile. I'll be even leaner soon.

1321 burnt from exercise
As a moral decision, I always undershoot my calories burnt so I stay under my goal whether by 100 calories or a 1000.This is assuming that that app is right.
