When I work days, I get up early and do something then finish after work. It gets me going for my LPN classes and then I do training. I bring my oldest with me to catch wrestling/ Muay Thai training. I end my nights playing hoops in the backyard with my youngest sons. My sleep gets sacrificed sadly on most days. I'll be 42 this year it's a balance I'm working on. This week I took off from training and just been focusing on with training, cardio, and the kids.@You know damn well how do you manage work, kids and gym time? Do you wake up early. My youngest almost put me on a 3 month gym hiatus. That whole testosterone dropping after a child is no joke.
