30 minutes into a GOAT tier leg day and I get a stomach ache that had me doubled over in pain. Waited 10 minutes and it wouldnt go away so i decided to go home PISSED. :stopitslime:

As soon as I get home I started throwing up until I had an empty stomach and felt better. Just reupped on #Powda and cycled back to finish my leg workout:mjlit:

Pretty good chest day. I’m starting to prefer DB bench press over BB bench press, go figure.

Hit the bike hard today as well.

I’ll probably just do a long run tomorrow morning. Get the lungs right for these back to back games over the weekend. Heck, we may even run 3 in a row with the July 4th holiday :blessed:

10*225 5*315 3*405 1*425 and yesterday I got 455

I would switch the reps up and go lower. Sets of 10 won't help much IMO when it comes to 1RM skrenf. I would keep it all to triples, doubles, and singles, with a big emphasis on singles.

F/e my working sets yesterday went 5, 3, 1+ [stopped at 3];1 @ 405, 1 @ 455, 1 @ 495, 1 @ 545; and then 6 down sets of 3 dropping by 20 lbs each set.

I also wore gloves for everything but the highest single. :sas1:

Yes I was also combo lifting deadlift/loaded carries. I feel stronger doing it honestly bro. I do 5 reps carry for 25 yards then do the same coming back

Again, as someone who dedlifs more than anyone else on this board, I would split them up if you want to make that weight at that date (read: you're on a deadline). Weighted carries will make you stronger but being stronger and deadlifting more are not the same thing. Just because you're progressing doesn't mean you're progressing optimally.

It's your training and your decision to make, but I don't see a pure benefit to doing both (supersetted) like that, especially since I don't know where you're weakest on the lift. Personally, my lockout is strongest and I'm weakest off the floor, so weighted carries, while beneficial, would have very limited carryover to conventional or sumo pulling for me.

im going to mix it up and take a balance approach

but maan just a week and you will see result. this is how professional lifters look dried up i see :ohhh:

Yup first time I changed up my macros I threw that whole calorie in calorie out discussion out the window. Macros are key.

Today I ate 2 lamb chops and 2 decent size homemade chocolate chip cookies for dinner I'm having fruit/oatmeal smoothie. I'm doing cardio and movement drills. Tmw is gone be all about reps and Sunday I'm going heavy again.
