this week has been a mess workout wise. too fukking hot to hit my real gym and get heavy workouts in. did a simple leg day on tues in my apt gym (BB RDL's, KB goblet squats, lunges, step ups, cable hip thrusts, cable abductor raises, bicep curls, tricep push downs), it's deload week at my circuit spot so not getting any heavy movements there. i need to hit upper body and do some cardio tonight

get a good full body in on saturday and monday morning, then it's home to cali where i'll be air squatting, planking and walking the lake
Grinding @portcityplaya face is not only got lower body but cardio as well:lolbron:

Indeed. I would cycle your quicker response carbs like bread, rice, etc. if you are training your are going feel that drain on your energy. Reduce them and use them leading into and coming out of training

It's a great way to see your abs but you will physically lose energy and possibly some strength. Pick your battles but a good think to implement is 1 or 2 medium carb days a week.. if your training hard

i didnt know carbs were that important for fuel...:whew:
im going to mix it up and take a balance approach

but maan just a week and you will see result. this is how professional lifters look dried up i see :ohhh:
