A fleeting childhood
Today I ate 2 lamb chops and 2 decent size homemade chocolate chip cookies for dinner I'm having fruit/oatmeal smoothie. I'm doing cardio and movement drills. Tmw is gone be all about reps and Sunday I'm going heavy again.
I ate more than that for lunch and about to eat more for dinner

My flight arrives at 9am tomorrow so I’ll be bacc to the gym tomorrow afternoon

How's your knee bruh

Pretty good tbh, thank for asking. I get some niggles here and there but it’s not often.

PT definitely helped and I’ve incorporated some more stretches to target my hips, which helps with the knee.

If anything, my ankle is/was the bigger problem. I had a pretty bad sprain that I just recovered from.
