Nice total body workout in the books today
Hot damn deadlift to loaded carries are tearing my hands up but I don't wearing no gloves. My pops ain't raised no bytch

this week has been a mess workout wise. too fukking hot to hit my real gym and get heavy workouts in. did a simple leg day on tues in my apt gym (BB RDL's, KB goblet squats, lunges, step ups, cable hip thrusts, cable abductor raises, bicep curls, tricep push downs), it's deload week at my circuit spot so not getting any heavy movements there. i need to hit upper body and do some cardio tonight

get a good full body in on saturday and monday morning, then it's home to cali where i'll be air squatting, planking and walking the lake
