bout to get my workout back on been off a few weeks was feeling sick so has the kids and family death kept me out the gym
thought bout going back to weights
so im gonna do my body weight workouts and some free weight workouts with a pinch of boxing
ive always stayed in decent shape so but i think gonna suck wind when i got back to the gym though
