bout to get my workout back on been off a few weeks was feeling sick so has the kids and family death kept me out the gym


thought bout going back to weights

so im gonna do my body weight workouts and some free weight workouts with a pinch of boxing

ive always stayed in decent shape so but i think gonna suck wind when i got back to the gym though :snoop:

Can you OG's help me build a great leg routine. Mine now is,

Squat 4 sets
Leg Press 3 sets
Leg Extensions 3 sets
Leg Curl 3 sets
Lying Leg Curl 3 sets
Machine Calf Raises 2-3 sets

I feel like this is too standard though. Legs is all I'm doing until my shoulder heals. I need them tennis legs :blessed:
I would do some standing calf raises on a levered squat machine

Those exercises are standard... cause they work :birdman:

No more squats or lunges for the rest of the week.


Ass and thighs are in soooo much pain:damn:

on my return to the gym i started out with box squats :skip: i embrace the pain now :ohlawd: no more excuses

I usually do squats thru out the day at home.

This week is the first week that I did them with weights(at the gym).

As soon as dude helped me put the weight down, I said I had to use the bathroom, went into the lockeroom and:deadmanny:

Went back and diD THEM ATG SQUATS today and maxed out at 205

135 x 10

185 x 5

185 x 5

205 x 3 and a couple struggle steps to rack it up before my legs gave out :sadbron:

Man that shyt is a huge difference from the 275 I put up just last week!

ATG squats are a nice switchup from standard parallel ones...those jump squats though. :whoo:

Wish me luck ya'll. I hope I don't get a strike 2 at the gym...deadlifts tonight. :win:

If I'm not sore afterwards, I feel like I haven't done anything.
