getting back tonight i gotta say i like the 3x5 set up as opposed to the 5x5. i feel like i can up the weight at a quicker time-frame. when doing the 5x5 sometimes on that 4th or 5th set i would put up 4 reps so i stick with that weight the next time i did the workout.
