I have been out the gym for almost a week now :to: This dont feel right at all...I feel im shrinking...I gotta find some time

This whiteboy at my school gym works at GNC and had some pre-workout samples. I took some and did 405x2x2 on deadlifts and 275x5x5 ATG Squats and finally hit 135x5x5 on my overhead press and had some energy to spare...I'm not pushing myself hard enough. :thumbsdown:

i dont know why but i feel :smugfavre: when i hit the speed bag...i see nikkas in there who can't get a rhythm going and hit that shyt for even a half min and then i hop on it and do that shyt with no problem for like 10 3-min rounds...make that shyt sound like a straight machine gun :obama:...plus the boxing area is next to the entrance of the female gym room and they be looking and who's making that noise :youngsabo:

Been going low on weight and more reps. I haven't really attacked the abs though lol


Btw, has anyone here done supersets. I m doing only supersets now.

10 x max weight then 15 half of that.

I then go to 8 heavy then 12 half that

then I do 6 heavy then 10 half the weight.


It makes me feel stronger and I sweat like a pig. specially with little or no break

did some jump roping. punching bag, push ups, sit ups, crunches. handstand pushups and walked a few miles

I'm excited about going to the gym today... I didn't go the past couple of days because I had ish to do.

I'm going on vacation sometime in June, so I gotta make sure I'm looking right :whew:
