Let's say u stop going to the gym for a month?

How log would it take for u to lift that same weight?

On my power days I don't go over 5 reps and on hypertrophy days I do less weight but 8-10 reps.

Usually when I'm out for a while it takes me about a month and a half to two months to get to my normal strength.

Like mid Dec I was deadlifting 455, I was out till mid Jan sick and now I'm looking at 405 like :whoa:, I should be good by mid March though.

Taking things out of context bro. I'm flabbynsick right now. My body is :sadbron: from all the extra cardio I've been doing on the court...

I've only hit the gym like twice this week.

I need configure my caloric intake / out
