The IG you posted proves my point. Your context is some who was at a high level of being overweight. Her exercise routine is nowhere near the level of the demo here.

Again terrible examples. The first lady admittedly had a history of training and put on 20 pounds during the holidays. The second guys lost 15 (pounds in two weeks which damn near anyone can do just cutting carbs and sticking with with.

But guess what they did. They cut cals, shocking.

Further if this was all posted initially we wouldn’t be having this conversation which is the original point the Gym should be better than throwing up “just fast”. Glad I pull a discussion out of it :lolbron:

It’s actually fine only time I suffer if I over indulge in carbs .

I do rolling 72’s and 48’s .


I don’t count calories I just eat till I’m full . Yesterday think I ate around 2k.
you eating that in 1-2 hour window or across the whole day....don't think i could take in 2k in an hour other than a fatass meal like cheesecake factory or annihilating a pizza (that's been done plenty of times :guilty: )

They literally all just fasted and kept working out same like I’ve been doing .


Just fast is still the main point .

Half an hour I eat a 22 oz steak , asparagus and a small salad .

I crush that shyt after not eating for 3 days lol .


On Fridays I’ll eat a steak , veggies and treatmyself to desert .

Sundays I try to keep it clean since that’s when I’ll start my next three day fast .

so I fast Sunday to Wednesday then eat Friday start my fast again then eat Sunday . So 1 rolling 72’s and 2 rolling 48’s . The wild part is the three day fast are way easier .

“Saying just fast” isn’t a discussion or constructive advice. It took all this back and forth to push you to do that.

Fasting is calorie restriction. It doesn’t matter if you eat all those cals in an hour or 16. The net impact is the same.

If the protocol helps an individual great but what is just fast without more detail?

I used to curse my parents for combining skinny dominant genes and having me. But now I'm over 30 I can still eat whatever I want, whenever and not gain at all. :blessed:

Folks on here talmbout eating three times a week, not a day, like food is going outta fashion. :huhldup:


I'm not a reptile so I'm cool on a snake diet. If it works that's good l I guess, just know it couldn't be me. :hubie:


I'm OT right now and have prolly dropped at least 5 lbs this last week. :smugfavre: Going on the mother of all refeeds when I get back to my city, even @portcityplaya would be put to shame. Barbecue ribs, Whataburger, donuts, I can't wait. :banderas:

Finna eat some Hawaiian rolls and fried rice right now. :smugbiden:
