Y’all really gotta stop with suggesting fasting for people who clearly like to train with certain level of energy and maintain mass.

Fasting is limiting cals, she’s already doing that.
I have to agree. Fasting is starting to be like keto where people try to throw it out there as the end all be all:snoop:

This just goes to my point. On one hand you don’t eat for three days at a tome, you don’t limit calories and you don’t count them. How is this in the realm of sound advice for others?

My post is referring to people on this board in general. Any time someone asks how to lose weight, the immediate response is to fast or some diet like keto. At this point they just seem like buzz words rather than actual advice.

My fasted work outs are usually amazing .

I go three days no food and I’m Gucci .

yikes! i consider a fasted workout to be AM crew - workout before eating, but how the hell you workout on 3 days of no food? you drinking anything with cals those days? i remember going too low on cals a few times and getting hella dizzy trying to lift

I had enough Fat on me to survive . Gained weight during quarantine :yeshrug:.

Can’t refeed as crazy since my stomach shrunk don’t need as much food .

You are smarter than that. It’s not sound advice out of context and without consideration for other factors. They weren’t doing HITT and lifting weights century’s ago, let’s be reality.

How are you tryna tell me bout some shyt I did and saw results .

that snake diet is talking about 3500 cals a week...i mean, i'd be better off eating 500 cals/day vs two 1500 cal meals...
That’s for extremely fat ass people lol .


You just eat till you’re at the line of full .

What’s the benefit of this diet over just being in a caloric deficit? From the little I read, this diet sounds a little extreme (a week where you only eat 3500 cals:picard:). As someone who has done tough cuts, that sounds like murder. Trying to survive on 500 cals a day and trying to workout:hubie:

Ahhhhh yes fall back on the it worked for me defense. I actually already covered that but good try.

Bottomline I figure the Gym is better than blind advice like “just fast”.

It’s actually fine only time I suffer if I over indulge in carbs .

I do rolling 72’s and 48’s .


I don’t count calories I just eat till I’m full . Yesterday think I ate around 2k.

Naw you are in your feels. Notice I never said anything about it being bad for YOU. Again nice try though.

The IG you posted proves my point. Your context is some who was at a high level of being overweight. Her exercise routine is nowhere near the level of the demo here.
