nah, carbs not as high as "the daily recommendation" but because i lift, i try to get a couple of servings of starchy carbs (potatoes, torille, cereal, bread, etc) and 1-2 servings of fruit
both need to happen, lost lean mass over the last 1.5yrs and gained. so scale weight should be moving, would be one thing if i was 10-15 within goal, but i need to drop 20-30. could just stop strength training and do LISS + diet, but since I already lost lean mass, not trying to be
