Man this week has been :mjlit:

been on a decent cut (8 pounds in 5 weeks) running 5/3/1 so my ~ 1Rm’s have been stagnant but I’ve been :damn::damn::damn: this week (all ~ RM’s gone up by 20-10 pounds).


I just had to do a double take and make sure I ain’t mistake 10’s for 25’s :dead:

Which 5/3/1 template you running boss? :lupe:

Just basic 5/3/1. First time back in the gym since covid + was always a casual before so prob some beginner gains.

I have one more week plus a deload :mjpls: left but I’m thinking 5/3/1 + FSL next two cycles ... want more barbell volume.


You not even running a Forever template, just doing basic OG 5/3/1? :dead:

FSL, BBB, BBS are all :hhh: status to me. shyt works but man are those boring.

side note: I got 1/2 through that forever book and I’m like can’t this guys say “yeah... do whatever the fukk u wana do at this point” :dead:
