Hate that shyt smh luckily I found another gym that closes later and will allow me to workout with a day passHad to condense a workout because gym closes early on the weekends smh
My legs still hurt from Thursday leg day and tomorrow is leg day .
Man this week has been
been on a decent cut (8 pounds in 5 weeks) running 5/3/1 so my ~ 1Rm’s have been stagnant but I’ve been this week (all ~ RM’s gone up by 20-10 pounds).
I just had to do a double take and make sure I ain’t mistake 10’s for 25’s

Just basic 5/3/1. First time back in the gym since covid + was always a casual before so prob some beginner gains.
I have one more week plus a deload left but I’m thinking 5/3/1 + FSL next two cycles ... want more barbell volume.
You not even running a Forever template, just doing basic OG 5/3/1?
FSL, BBB, BBS are all status to me. shyt works but man are those boring.
