If y’all ain’t getting deep tissue or sports massage through all this working out and/or lifting, you’re playing yourself. fukk a stretch, yoga and a foam roller, that trigger point release and digging is the fascia :blessed:

I get to the gym, do my warm-up sets (first 2-3 barbell lifts only) and get started. When I'm finished I'm either leaving or doing cardio.

I see folks in there warming up like their number's getting subbed in in the World Cup Finals. :mjlol: Most them motherfukkers with the super routines make all that noise, blow all that chakra, and then get under the bar to move bytch weight.

I was looking back in the thread and nikkas puttin' in that work.....I'm in Toronto.....I ain't been to a gym in about a year except for two weeks when they tried opening them up last fall.............all I got are my bands.......my #PowderBoyz application on standby until further notice......I'll be here with my bands and muay thai work outs....:manny:

then when the gates open I'll be on that 5/3/1 ish......gettin' jooicy.
