I've noticed they usually do the opposite of what I do.
Let's run the checklist:
1) DON't spend an hour plus squatting and/or deadlifting. shyt will prolly make your glutes stronk but not hyooge.
2) DO spend a bunch of time doing what look like pointless exercises: step-ups, lightweight lunges, any glute machines, cable kickbacks, and goblet squats.
3) DO wear tight-ass yoga pants so gym heads like me have something to distract ourselves with between heavy sets.
4) DO bush entire muscle groups like back, biceps, triceps, shoulders, and pretty much anything that's not quad, glute, or ab-focused.
5) DON'T skip your pre- and/or post-workout LISS. Slow walking on treadmill at incline and Stairmaster are choice exercises.
6) DO make sure to hit glutes at least three times a week. fukk benching, getting skrong, and all that other nonsense. Work your butt off working your butt on.
7) DON'T forget to stop and waste time talking to random dudes and other gym birds, especially in front of the cable towers when
