Strength isn’t totally tied to a big calorie surplus. Just depends on how you program it. Are you gaining 2lbs a month or less than that?
Nah actually my weight hasnt moved much at all but its obvious im way leaner/stronger and been building muscle just from looking at myself. Its ironic one of my gym bros told me today i look way bigger/leaner even though my weight hasnt moved.
I constantly have ppl in my gym telling me i look at least 175 even though i aint even 150
Word I was in the same boat and kept adding to my numbers (similar numbers to where he is currently at ) and just gained enough size that people were like “you been workin four?”There's no point IMO in worrying about bulking or lean gaining at such low weights, IMO.
Bulk until your BF% pushes approaches "I'm not lean" territory and reassess at that point.
Yep shred season is y in full effect at my gym. They going all in on upper body isolation
