Y’all still out here on these squats, I hate squats! :damn:


Think I’m about to up my weight and aim for the 8 rep zone, build on that until I can get to 12. Been back in the gym for about 7 weeks and not feeling like I’m getting anymore solid. Gotta get some muscle up. Also need to step up my cardio game. Gonna go hard these next 6 weeks and see where the chips fall

I know I fought the losing battle against squats in here many years ago. Leg press + extensions/curls + RDL’s + lunges = fukk a squat (I still do them occasionally tho :sadbron:)
Depends on goals of course. I only hit the :francis: when people at my gym can’t hit depth but do all those movements you mentioned

One could always do all of those accessories and still squat. Those other, lesser movements are fine but even combined are not replacing a squat. :yeshrug:

3 wheels not that high but i only started deadlifting like 3 months ago like an idiot :deadmanny:

Im torn between actually bulking or just "lean gaining" like i been doin, i see some of my partnas who been bulkin gain strength way faster obviously but i aint NEVER tryna go back to lookin sloppy for it tho :jbhmm:
