Y’all still out here on these squats, I hate squats! 
Think I’m about to up my weight and aim for the 8 rep zone, build on that until I can get to 12. Been back in the gym for about 7 weeks and not feeling like I’m getting anymore solid. Gotta get some muscle up. Also need to step up my cardio game. Gonna go hard these next 6 weeks and see where the chips fall
