What a trash ass workout :francis:.

I really gotta fix these squats im trying brehs I can’t get it down man . My knees are pretty weak but damm man can’t be that bad .


I tried no weight just the basics and there was progress but I need more help .


This ain’t it gotta get that ass to grass format .


Just not finding my spots and I’m not going to half squats like a sucka .


I wanna get better and I’m all in just need direction .

Form check. Post a clip moving light weight but at least the bar, from multiple angles if possible. :yeshrug:

You might have too much anterior tilt, might not have enough distance between your feet, or any number of other things.

We can't fix what we can't see.

yea it’s the depth I don’t think my knees are that bad I think it’s form.
Form check. Post a clip moving light weight but at least the bar, from multiple angles if possible. :yeshrug:

I always found that too light a weight wasn’t enough to give we the feel of working sets and engaging my hips so I never do reps with the bar. Obviously you don’t want to go too heavy but a light to moderate weight for warmups might get you in a better grove. Also look at goblet squats, it can be easier to learn depth without worrying about the bar on your back.
