So why do nikkas think doing sitting military shoulder press in the squat rack is ok .

Trader Joe’s has pea protein chocolate covered almonds

380 cals for 16g of protein (and 16g of sugar) ain’t worth it. But if someone made these with Lily’s chocolate, we might have a winner

Ive just been drinking reign as my preworkout but I feel it might be more cost effective to just buy a regular preworkout
