I'm only a few weeks back into working out again after being off for over a year but damn, chin ups are fukking hard man. Or at least harder than I remember.

I can barely do 3x5...

Google "grease the groove" (:dame:) if you have a bar at work or home.

That shyt will have you cranking them out like nothing, and it's easier than doing straight sets 2-3 times a week.

Its been like 5 years in between when i first started to lift and when i started back up 8 months ago, 2 weeks without lifting seems like a fukking death sentence now.
