Also this is why i dont bench with clamps, i had to save a nikka from decapitating himself on the incline press the other day. Dudes glutes were a foot off the bench and he tried to hit another rep
On another note hit my first 300+ squat

I'm only a few weeks back into working out again after being off for over a year but damn, chin ups are fukking hard man. Or at least harder than I remember.

Before my two week vacation my legs were shaking doing 80lbs on standing over head press . I decided to move up and I did 90lbs clean .
My body needed that fukking rest I feel so much stronger .
