Had to move someone out of the rack that was using to to stretch today :stopitslime:

I tried to get this stick stickly ass nikka outta here while he was doing a full body circuit on the bench rack , stickly breh said he 20 minutes left after he just completed 25 minutes on the rack. A breh saw what happened after I have him a cool 3 minutes breh said "it's all good I got 10 more left, they don't know any better"

Took preworkout for the first time in nearly a year. Made sure to only take half a scoop by 4:30 for a 6pm gym session - it’s 2 am and I’m wide awake :sadbron:

just loaded up on sleep CBD gummies, I’m sure this is going to fukk up my morning :francis:


If I get out of bed again it’s going to start a fight :russ:

I wouldn't drink mine til I'm 15-20mins out but that's just me. :yeshrug:

Also, if half a scoop keeps you up that long you either: a) didn't go hard enough; b) are super-sensitive to stimulants; or c) it was a combination of the above.

If your gym session wasn't lifting-based, then :ufdup:. (The #Powda is much more effective when used for lifting vs other shyt.)
