Preworkout kicked in as I was rapping most of the lyrics to “Intro” on my drive to the gymPlayed my DMX playlist of songs at the gym this morning. I started getting emotional up in there. Dammit man, I didn’t know it would hit me once I started jamming to his classics.

I used to do 5 minutes and after sprinting my shins would ache. Switched it up and do at least 25 minutes of dynamic stretching mixed with sprint drills and I feel no pain after my sprints these days.

3 hour back day came home to a cannister of powder sittin on my porch you already know what time it is gentlemen
They moved well enough but in that range where you just feel the weight being heavy. Might have done to many reps warming up but satisfied with where I’m at heading into the 1RM attempt3x1x95% of 1RM tomorrow
