@All-Black the Necroverse What say u about another lifter not needing protein powder? :mjgrin:

1) Please refrain from @'ing me in that other thread @Bboystyle: it doesn't benefit that thread and me and its OP ain't cool like that (basicslly, fukk him :pacspit:).

2) To answer the question, no one needs protein powder. If folks don't want to use it, or can't (didn't read anything that led up to this question), then it what it is.

No different than folks fasting, doing OMAD, not squatting, benching, deadlifting, or anything else folks do or don't do.


If anything, the more folks leaving (easy) gains on the table, the better. :jawalrus:

I try to hit these steps 3 to 4 days a week

do you know how many calories I’m burning?

Is this a good workout?


I did 10 Monday Tuesday today 14 tomorrow I’m going to try to do 28

It took me a hour to 14

Just came back from my acupuncture appt...my back feeling amazing :wow:

My acupuncturist did notice a muscle imbalance between the right side and left side of my back where the right side is a little bit bigger...Something I’m going to have to pay attention while working out :jbhmm:

Anyway time to hit the gym:mjlit:
