Time offBrehs, I’ve been dealing with some discomfort in my back the past few days. No pain whatsoever and didn’t have any problems doing any of my workouts at the gym today including deadlifts.
should i take time off or should I just keep thugging it out ?

1) Please refrain from @'ing me in that other thread @Bboystyle: it doesn't benefit that thread and me and its OP ain't cool like that (basicslly, fukk him).
2) To answer the question, no one needs protein powder. If folks don't want to use it, or can't (didn't read anything that led up to this question), then it what it is.
No different than folks fasting, doing OMAD, not squatting, benching, deadlifting, or anything else folks do or don't do.
If anything, the more folks leaving (easy) gains on the table, the better.![]()
