fukking disgusting...dude asked me Satuday when I was doing legs how many sets I had left...he turns around and is using the squat rack to curl 65lbs. :pachaha:

I dont let people get away wit stupid stuff like that at my gym. I tell them they need to go somewhere else wit that bullshyt and they listen cuz they know they look retarded

Free standing, I've never liked using the machines.

I've done higher before ... my max was 225, but that was about two and a half years ago, and after I hit that, I stopped working out for half a year. So now I'm almost back at the precipice :harden:

:damn: Just started playing ball again today. Felt :flabbynsick: because I couldn't dunk, let alone was struggling to grab the rim at first. Thought I was getting :old: for a sec. Luckily after i warming up I was able to grab the rim again like nothing....

Still have to get used to accelerating....

Hopefully a few weeks from, now I'll be back to dunking.

Time to modify my routine again :whew:

do some squat jumps. that helps with explosion/acceleration. I been doing them for like 8 months now and I can lift off a whole lot easier now.


EDIT: squat jumps with a barbell loaded to like 135 to start out.
