But no, seriously, leg day doesn't necessarily burn any more calories than any other 'day'.
Theoretically using bigger muscle groups would in fact burn more calories than, say an arm day, but how many cats do you see actually go hard on leg day, assuming they don't skip it entirely?
I think the truth is it depends on intensity, density/duration, and exercise selection more than anything.
My .02 but be to go hard every day and focus on heavy lifting and interval cardio sessions.

I never been sloppy fat..my stomach and chest needs to go though. My legs are muscular as fukk tho cause I used to run stadium steps all the time when I was younger, and in college I didn’t know shyt about lifting so I did legs almost every other day cause it was always easy for me.
I got out of the Marines in 2015, so I’ve always been somewhat active & in decent shape. Working out isn’t my issue I just have a piss poor diet. I gotta get that straight as well
