I usually go to Kroger or Publix and get a big think of powder..mix it up with bananas & almond milk but I haven’t had any in bout 2 months.

didn’t know it was ok to take while trying to lose weight

Seent a gym rookie squatting a top-set of 315 for reps. :unimpressed: His homie was half-squatting a top set of 225 for reps barefoot with the p*ssy pad on while the rookie spotted him. :mjlol: :francis:

Whey ain't the way for you bruh
You need tuna and get you some stepped on powda to help build up cardio NFC souf beef aside there's more to cardio than running. Get a weighted jump rope or a weightvest hell I got battle ropes on the way too I even do parachute interval running (since everybody wanna hate on tire workouts)

You need tuna and get you some stepped on powda to help build up cardio NFC souf beef aside there's more to cardio than running. Get a weighted jump rope or a weightvest hell I got battle ropes on the way too I even do parachute interval running (since everybody wanna hate on tire workouts)

I think you mentioned the weighted vests in the past. I’ll get one.

In the meantime I’ll use these ankle weights I have.

I usually do basketball for cardio as well but it’s hard finding folks playing at parks, and most of the parks still have their goals removed (but they left up the tennis courts and let cacs play softball still :mjpls:)

I used to do a set of 50 with jump rope after every exercise I did at the gym, but I got lazy & stopped doing that as well :snoop:

Bruh them ankle weights are dangerous if you don't be careful
