Typical commercial gym stuff, they're kinda mid from what I've heard. Some are gonna be nicer than others depending on the location. Shouldn't be expensive compared to an LAF or Equinox, prolly have fewer serious lifters than a nice Gold's.

Wouldn't be my first choice but if they had free weights I'd be game.

Each leg gets worked independently, so the dominant side of your body can't compensate for the weaker side when completing the movement.
