Im still not even 100%, but i left work early today just to get a workout in. No worse feeling than wasting away sick seeing all your gains go out the window
@ that screen nameI caught the flu at the beginning of January. I was sick for about 3 days only but I was really weak at the gym for the like a week and a half. But back to normal strength now.
