So my homeboy met me at the other branch of our gym and even he was like :huhldup:, this ain't it. (Didn't help that he was hungover and drove 30 minutes one way, passing by his branch right next to his house to get there :pachaha:.) We both decided we wouldn't be going back there again.:camby:

My flexibility is nothing to write home about but I have zero wrist issues front squatting with the clean grip. :yeshrug:


FWIW, I've also used the hands-free (I call it zombie) grip in the past, but only cause my homeboy was using it and I thought it looked stupid. It was ass. :francis:
