Today’s shoulder and arm day was very very frustrating. Probably a 6/10 workout as my right shoulder has started acting up again. Had to use the machine lateral raises instead of using cables to preserve my shoulder. That’s two back to back days with modified workouts that force me to drop the intensity.
To cap it off, I looked outside after doing planks and I saw it started raining…AGAIN. Had to bike back in the rain
Regardless, a 6/10 workout is better than 0/10 so there’s that. Still 5/5 this week.
Sun will be back out by noon and the fields should be dry tomorrow for my soccer game
Can’t wait to take out my frustration on the opposing team’s goalie
