What do yall be drinking on at the gym?

I've always just done a gallon of water but idk if I should switch to whatever it is you put in the gallon that makes it pink. Im guessing its some type of electrolyte supplement? Is it worth it?

Intrawork out and/or BCAAs. I think you can find some benefits but if you have a good meal prior and post I would save the money.

One thing a bodybuilder put me on is to put pink Himalayan sea salt in your gallon water jug (not too much), and it helps with the pump.

I workout fasted so it might actually help me out
Again it depends. If your meal before (even the night before) is solid then you should be fine. I would focus on that more than spending money on an intra if you aren't currently struggling fasted workouts. Cost wise better of having a Gatorade than an intra.

63g maltodextrin
18g low-sugar G2 Gatorade powder
10g BCAAs
13g Scivation Xtend
40oz water

Used to add 6g of Purple Wraath but the taste of PW is turrible.

(FWIW I train fasted or on a shake only.)
