Currently 185 with 16s
Back when I was doing them 20rep sets I was 165 with 15s

edit I used 135 to 140 as an example. I’m back at 95 x 20

I haven't done flat bench in a while but i was repping 295 on the flat bench in my head I was like :wtf: but in the gym I was on my :demonic:

No pre workout no creatine. I will jump on creatine for the first time in June 2021. Im waiting until I build a stronger base and proper eating habits.

FWIW creatine doesn't require a 'stronger base' or even better eating habits (even though diet plays a part in getting gains). Unless medically contraindicated (or you're one of them no water dudes) there is no benefit to waiting.
