DIY PWO had me extra lit today, almost went for a sumo PR. :damn: :whoa:

Did my 12 sets of squats, went up to 570 on sumo deads and stopped, ran my raggedy ass a mile and came on home. :wow:

My biggest problem is I almost only ever run after lifting. Today I was squatting for almost an hour, pulled for about 40 minutes, then had to get on the treadmill. :bryan::huhldup:

Almost drove straight to MaccDonald's after leaving the gym, but I mastered the urged and got the rice cooking now. :win:

Yo I remember my overweight and out of shape boss would talk to me about lifting. Dude would be talking about working his forearms and making sure I incorporate them. Like nikka you talking about forearms? :what: That should be the last of your worries. Priorities all jacked up. Now that I've become pretty advanced and experienced he pretty much keeps his mouth shut. Dude is 30+ loves talking about what he lifted back in high school. Smh. Al Bundy ass nikka

Just imagine if I actually worked at my conditioning. :mjlol:

Any dude working for DoD under 40 not running 6 laps in 13 or under is on some :trash: status. (Got 2 homeboys running that in 9 and change and they don't even work out. :whoo:)
