I don't eat healthy. Really trying to clean up my diet. Was eating chips, and lots of bread, vegetables SOMEtimes, but mostly breads and fish.

I'm a smoothie head so I do alot of that....

I put veggies/bananas and all kind of shyt in there and be fine....

If the smoothie thing not for you, just get your salad game poppin

To curb the liquid calories I mix bcaa powder and beetpowder in water then freeze it...no kind of cravings for soda/juice...

I think it is understood that if your diet is shytty, taking vitamins won't necessarily stop you from being deficient; you're better off eating a balanced diet and getting your micronutrients from that than you are taking vitamins.

That being said, the only vitamin I would generally recommend is a good multivitamin, unless you know that you specifically have a given deficiency (been diagnosed, had lab work run, etc).
