real talk..these are the shyt..my personal trainer showed these to me in the summer during my rehab...i still do these without added weight...no homo but my legs got bigger i can tell whenever i put a pair of boxer briefs...them shyts are fitting snug as hell around my upper thighs..no homo.

My right wrist is :flabbynsick: First it was my wright forearm, then the shoulder and now the wrist. My fukking left arm is bigger than my right. Even fukking pushups feel funny. :upsetfavre:

I'm thinking of either trying to tape my right wrist or laying off the gym for a good period. :to:

How do you guys stay dedicated to the gym? I lost the drive I had to keep going to gym during the winter break. :snoop:
Been going for 4 months, almost 5. But recently not on a consistent basis, I need help brehs to stay on course and go atleast 3-4 times a week. :to:
I don't know if its a mental thing or I'm just being lazy :shaq2: :flabbynsick:
