I can only do like 3 reps before my right hands grip dies.

that's better than i can do . i'm still stuck at 1.5 reps @ 405. the first one comes pretty easily but i can't get the lockout on the second. i've just be doing 2 final sets at 1 rep til i can fully get the second rep.
