that's better than i can do :to:. i'm still stuck at 1.5 reps @ 405. the first one comes pretty easily but i can't get the lockout on the second. i've just be doing 2 final sets at 1 rep til i can fully get the second rep.

PHAT helped me progress. On power days for deadlifts, I'd do like 405lbs ~3reps (the 3rd is usually sloppy as fukk though, cuz it starts slippin'), then i'll take it down to like 385lbs and do the next two sets.

On hypotrophy days I'd do 315-335lbs, that's how I broke past my plateau and finally did 405. I was stuck on 365lbs for a minute until I jumped on PHAT.

What about improving grip though?:upsetfavre:

when my grip gets shakey/slippery i use chalk. it has helped me way more than anything, especially straps :manny: (aside from the actual strengthening of course).

yo im so :flabbynsick: did a test run at a gym im prob gonna sign up for i was :dead: after a minute on the stairmaster just warming up. barely push weight on the leg press :snoop: got to the crib and almost fell on my glass table when i leaned to put something on it. legs were :deadrose: status. i been off for 2 1/2 months. ive never felt this bad after restarting. to make it worse i only worked out like 20 mins :to:

Finals are coming soon and I've been studying without going to the gym...seems like I'm mentally sharper after I workout. :why: It's like a horny nikka finally busting that frustration nut. :wtf:
