best cardio by far. i miss playing so much :to:. i just couldn't do those 11:30pm games the night before work any more :childplease:.

yeah it really is an intense workout. and you wont find a single hockey player with a skinny pair of legs.

10 sets of weighted dips had me wanting to shed tears

It's such a ridiculous routine, pray for me, tomorrow I'm doing chest/tris/shoulders and I'm gonna throw in more bicep work.

Just started that 5-3-1 program today, felt good. Will let you know how it works out at the end of a couple of weeks or so.

I had been bullshytting/sick for the last 3 weeks or so but a nikka got back to it this week. Crazy thing is i felt stronger than i did before. :lift:

still got wicked leg doms :whew: bulgarian split squats mayn. I'ma start doing them for lower reps with moderately heavy db's that's how they do in the NFL.

jus gt some creatine monohydrate, and not quite clear on when & how to take it for best results..any help would be appreciated
