Man, I've completely fallen off:snoop:

Messed my elbow up, so kinda haven't been able to barbell squat/bench really so I just got completely lazy altogether aside from some cardio. Hurt my ankle too:snoop:Just ain't done shyt aside from drinking rum/mixed drinks thanks to this vitamix:mjcry:



Got a new app so I'm going to switch my routine up and focus less on heavy/strength so I don't flame out as often.


How long is there between your last meal and when you go to sleep?

Bare min. for me is 2 hours and I try to front load my cals and/or avoid red meat before bedtime.

When there’s a row of empty stairmasters and someone hops on the one right next to me.
Zone them out take it as a challenge to workout ur mind and stay in ur zone


I’m really working on this ignoring others actions and staying in my zone

I get dirty looks from all the women at the gym cuz I been ignoring them all for months :mjlol:
And I ignore the dirty looks :smugdraper:

I doing my treadmill walking as my exercise. These two black women are working out on resistance machines in front of me, one kind of hot, the other was not. This black dude walks by in front of me. He was trying to get a peep at he hot one's booty. Turned a good 120 degrees to his left to get a look. Then, he kept it moving. You can try to hide a 90 degree peep, but a 120?

Back at it. Hit deadlifts for the first time in months. Back day was surreal :ahh:

The clarity of mind as I head home. My work issues just melted away :ahh:

The gym is the best sleep aid. I’m gonna sleep like a 6 month old tonight :ohlawd:

Just made my own protein cheesecake, protein peanut butter cookies, peanut cupcakes. Even my own protein french toast


It's amazing how easy I can swap out sugar now, and even keep the carbs and calories low. :takedat:
