So glad I started adding deadlifts to my routine. I already feel stronger overall after a few deadlift sessions.

After 4 days in Miami I'm feeling :flabbynsick: it's not that I really ate bad but my drinking levels was :snoop:

I did get 1 lifting session in at the hotel gym so I don't feel too bad.

Also worked up a sweat with this Canadian breezy :youngsabo:

Missed my workout. Spent time with my girl...it was worth it :shaq:


I'm starting week 2 of PHAT. I love it and it feels much better than a 3 day split. I'm going to destroy that weight in like 20 minutes. :comeon:
