going 7 days without nutting can raise your test by 50% but after that your balls are just like "oh well, this nikka ain't gettin no p*ssy" and your test levels stabilize.

what difference does it really make do u go harder in the gym? also where u hear about 7 days raising it by 50?

It makes me go harder. Also test helps GAINS (mo gains). It's not necessarily 7 but point is it stabilizes after a while

lower body power day tomorrow. deadlifts and box squats :yes:

I'm goin for 3 sets of 3-5 with 445 on deads. gonna have to listen to some trillville to do that shyt though. wish me luck.
