basically never.

I have a problem with this. :sad: I can't give up bread.

People been eatin bread for thousands of years, and now it's all of a sudden a "bad" thing.

I do try to avoid white bread tho. I hear pumpernickel bread and whole wheat bread are the best.

Yeah white bread is bad. Everything else is okay

I try to avoid it... im back on rice though... need to replace that with vegetables man.
