Nah I’m still looking to drop lbs so still cutting if you will.

Sometimes you gotta eat at a surplus for a bit, then go back to a cut..

The body tends to slow itself down and you gotta trick it to get it going again...

Or maybe your eating at maintenance and not realizing it...

Either you gotta drop more calories or have a few refeed days and then go back to cutting...

Gonna hop back in the gym this month. Being doing a lot of cardio of late but I need some muscle mass to just to keep my frame.

Also, I need to strengthen my core. My lower back pain is still there. Need to strengthen the muscles around there.

Also got a trip to Nigeria this Christmas. It’s summer weather in Lagos. Gotta tighten up.

Why do some people dog upper-lower splits when it come to bodybuilding (not strength) routines? I think that it’s great because it narrows the focus just enough to get in and out of the gym quickly while still hitting the essentials with enough volume

kind of the same reason people knock full body or push pull leg routines....People just choose to champion the programs they like.

got hit w flu last week right after my tues workout :whew:, was bedridden for a few days. finally feeling a little bit better this morning after 5 days of antibiotics and tamiflu.

first day back i sucked some wind, but still decent performance for not being at 100%.

A) 3 Rounds:
30 Groiners (15 per leg)
15 V-ups
10 Kips on pull up bar

B) In 10 minutes:
Run 800m
with the remaining time complete as many rounds as possible of the following:
20 Wall balls (20/14)
20 Push ups

(Finished 2 full rounds + 20 wall balls and 6 push ups)

rest 7 minutes then,

For time:
2k row

(7:49.1 , definitely slower than normal for me but I just wanted to break 8 min)
