Man I OD'd this weekend

Saturday I rode 29 miles, then had a hamburger and lifted
Sunday I did leg press with wifey but forgot to eat first :snoop:

Got shyt done though. Just wondering if the extra cardio is actually helping me maintain or giving me an excuse to eat more. No worries. Having fun

Gonna need to drop like 20 pounds

Currently 190 at 5'10 but I joined a soccer league recently and the sides of my knees been really feeling it. Started adding collagen to my morning coffee and taking a mens one a day that includes glucosamine(sp?)

Took two weeks off. Ate like shyt the entire time. Worked out yesterday, then throughout the day and when I wake up in the morning. I'm shredded as fukk.....

Side note: I cant really afford to stop working out, physiologically my body responds immediately if I'm not engaging in healthy options. From my teeth to visceral fat. The slightest homeostasic imbalances, exacerbate the aging process.

warmup: 4 x 2 min assault bike @ 65 RPM, 30 sec rest btwn rounds

A) 3 Rounds:
200m Single arm farmer carry RH (53# kb)
200m Single arm farmer carry LH (53# kb)
25 GHD sit ups
*no rest btwn rounds


B) 3 Rounds for time:
400m run
10 Hang squat cleans (115#) *no hook grip
10 Box jump overs (24" box)
