What gym do you nikkas go to where you keep getting bothered and hit on? :dahell:

Only time I get talked to is the occasional time when someone asks me about my dreads or sees me squat all the way down and tells me that their knees hurt if they try to do that.

Fire today, felt great through the whole workout. Very solid day. Very happy w my performance.


Warmup: 3 x 500m row w 1 min rest btwn rounds

then

A) 2 Rounds:
200m single arm farmer carry *R (53# kb)
200m single arm farmer carry *L (53# kb)
25 GHD sit ups
no rest btwn rounds


B) 4 Rounds for time:
400m run
10 Dead lifts (225#) *pronated grip and no hook grip
15 Box jump overs (24" box)

I don't understand how you can do t-bar rows or dead lifts, set it all up, do it all then just walk away without re-racking or anything
That shyt gets on my nerves:snoop:
Matter of fact yesterday i was next to 2 dudes deadlifting 3 plates once they done they just leave all the shyt there including weights on the floor

Brought back carbs big time, reduced protein intake a little to keep the calories down. Introduced some bodybuilding parameters to my workouts. Body feel like it’s made out of knotted battle ropes already :takedat:

Last couple of workouts I've been feeling it. :francis: Going to finally have to up the cals from now on. :sadcam: And I was just seeing some of my abs in the morning:mjgrin::mjcry:
