Pause snatch complexes today really reinforcing how poor my positioning really is. Specifically:

Snatch from floor w 3 second pause below knee + 3 second pause in hole + low hang w 3 second pause below knee + 3 second pause in hole

I'm cancelling my gym membership today :manny:

I've simply been playing more soccer and eating less

Down about 10 lbs in the past 2 months. Was playing ball yesterday and even one of my teammates I hadn't seen in a while was like "Bro, you've lost some weight" :whoo: so I must be doing something right.

I'll resubscribe when I'm about 20 lbs from my goal weight, which at this rate looks like Jan/Feb 2019. No lie, lifting on a cut it the devil. You are ALWAYS hungry
Right now I'll just keep it to counting calories, calisthenics and cardio :ehh:

I see why a lot of doctors tell people that walking is one of the best forms of exercise. I was out in Europe a few weeks back and in the 10 days I was there I walked a lot.

For example, in Paris I would take the metro everywhere. My AirBnb to the nearest stop was like 7 mins. Then the station to the Eiffel Tower, like another 8. Then walk to a cafe to grab lunch, about 6 mins. Walking to another station 7 mins. Take the metro to another part of town (climbing stairs sometimes). Walk to a bar 5 mins etc.

In a single day you could walk up to 3-4 miles without even thinking about it. Add in smaller portions and I see why Europeans are rather slim.

some nasty mf'er left his shytty underwear on the locker room floor yesterday :scusthov:...ppl have no decency in the locker room i swear smh...2nd time ive seen something of this nature in the 18 years ive been in the gym..the other was years ago catching this old dude, that looked a little special and confused, sitting on the bench holding his shytty drawls in his hands...terrible

Just finished playing some soccer.

Pretty good game but man, this my left knee is bugging.

If I have to give up soccer I'd be out of it man. I've been playing with this group for the past 4 years or so. At this point it's almost a given.

Every Saturday rain, snow or shine 9:30 - 11:30 I'm out in DC playing ball.

I can count on one hand the number of times I've missed playing ball with this group. If I miss a game, it's usually because I've travelled.

I love this game man :mjcry:

I dont know anything about the exact situation you are in but maybe this can help you.
I had a similiar issue with my left knee, unbearable pain after/during legday and in everyday life. After I discovered this and did the exercises, the next day I could finally complete my legday with absolutely no pain at all again :wow:
I never exercised this muscle and it was weak as hell of course and caused the problem.

Working out at home got me putting on 10lbs of damn muscle wtf
And my routine is more or less same compared to gym just less variations.
Had to cancel membership cuz taking care of my youngest with wifey in nursing school and work made it a pain in ass working out had me way inconsistent

It's already hard enough working out when ur got multiple illnesses that just flat out destroy your body at any given time

Picking up more cardio cuz of the muscle gain tho I can't run so I walk around my neighborhood since it has good hills
