Man I'm never doin fasted cardio again. :dead:

Tried it again after two years being in the bushes. Destroyed my appetite for the whole day. Felt awful.

Idk how I swore by this shyt for years. :mjlol:

A lot of things "work."

These days I stay away from practices that lower appetite. I learned my lesson after 5 years of IF and low carb diets. :hubie:
low carb diets on top of IF? you can keep that practice chief :hubie: thats how you hit the wall fast in the gym lol...IF is really all you need

Eh, low carb to me was anything around 100g. Below that was keto territory and I only did that twice for short (<8 week) stints. When not cutting my carbs were north of 200g.

I attribute my crash to year 'round intermittent fasting. I bought into the "lifestyle" hype. Living on elevated free fatty acids doesn't end well. Took 5 years for it to manifest in me and over a year to dig myself out the hole.

What gym do you nikkas go to where you keep getting bothered and hit on? :dahell:

Only time I get talked to is the occasional time when someone asks me about my dreads or sees me squat all the way down and tells me that their knees hurt if they try to do that.
