:lift:Usually when I’m forcing myself to get to the gym my mind is like “workout dora” and my body is like “:usure:” ...this week has been the opposite. My mind is like “let’s go home and chill” and my body is like “:lift: :stylin: :blessed:

Crazy how much easier it is for my body to overcome my mind...in both instances.

1st Round Playoff Exits
Hit the gym 5 out of the last 6 days. Gonna kick back the next couple days and let the body develop


Gym was empty af yesterday. It's always :ahh:when you're able to do multiple equipment circuits, uninterrupted.
How you feel if I told I make most of my gains when I hardly work out. Like once or twice a week :patrice:

One soccer game on Saturday but during the 3rd place playoff World Cup match :francis:

Another soccer game on Sunday but I'd have to miss early service because the World Cup final is at 11 am and I'm definitely not missing that game:francis:

I've been doing physical therapy for lower body and then I'll do upper body stuff. Yesterday, I worked on shoulders.
Standing military press.
10 x 45 lbs.
10 x 65 lbs
10 x 85 lbs.
8 x 105 lbs
3 x 125 lbs.
1 x 145 lbs
superset 1 x 125, 2 x 105, 5 x 85, 10 x 65

Got a kale salad with chicken from Whole Foods :blessed:

Watching Nadal vs Djokovic :ohlawd:

Gonna watch Belgium vs England later :whew:

Kept it light today. Did chest and shoulders but nothing too heavy. Didn't want to overwork my shoulder too much. Went well for the most part. I really felt it at the end when I knocked out some pull ups. Doing some cardio now.
