Brehs/brehettes I need some advice...
I been dealing with a lot of minor/medium pain..shoulder,elbow and knees. It’s affecting how heavy I can lift and range of motion. I can still get range of motion but not without pain with dB press and flys. I wasn’t on vacation for a month so I took time off but still dealing with the little aches and pains
shyt low key disheartening![]()
Optimum Nutrition, the unflavored one. Even after adding with with my usual protein shake blend (unflavored powder + pineapple juice), the aftertaste powers its way throughWhat brand you having ? Xtend -Pink Lemonade, so nice
This lower back pain. It just comes and goes.
Chiropractor said the lowers disc in my spine are damaged so he recommended more ab exercises to take off some stress on my lower back.Worst part is that the pain isn't constant. It just ebbs and flows.
All the more reason for me to drop this weight around my midsection.
Been saying this for the nikkas with backpain and who deadlift often...I felt the improvement.![]()

How much sleep are you getting nightly and how is your diet? That supplement shyt won't work if you're not doing the basics. I had tendinitis in my elbow for years that I dealt with until I chilled on direct triceps work and the high rep shyt for a while. Stretch too.
Sounds like tendinitis
Yea that’s what I been hearing. Hopefully the shyt just go away. shyt been hampering my workouts
ive been dealing with it for the last 2 1/2 years man...first it was my knees, then my elbows, then my biceps.....now its my right shoulder..basically to get over it you will have tone your workouts down some..esp the amount you lift...find like a brace or compression sleeve depending on the part for added support...icy hot/aspirin...be more cognizant of your form...shyt takes time to get over..going harder will make it worse..believe me
Get a “clean” whey protein isolate. The one I use (biochem) is organic, unflavored, and 99% lactose free. I never have gut issues with it.Does anyone here drink protein shakes while trying to lose weight? Maybe as a breakfast meal replacement?
I'm thinking of doing breakfast smoothies while tossing in some whey protein but that bloating man.
I'm Nigerian and I don't think my body is adapted for some of these processed Western foods. I'm trying to keep things as natural as possible.
