Anybody got any good bicep workouts?

you can do any bicep workout, you just have to do it correctly

less pressure on the forearms, nice squeeze on the bicep, and a few seconds up and down(no swinging)

If you have a good chest or back workout then a few sets to workout the arms are necessary. Try to stick with the concentration/iso arm excercises. I've seen some great gains from this in the past 3 weeks. Rep range between 8-10. :wow:

I wish I hadnt taken the month of september off from deadlifting. Id be at 4 plates by now for sure :bryan:

Body dysmorphia is definitely real, people I haven't seen me in a while say "Damn, you got big" but to me I look the same :mindblown: I mean I see small differences here and there but when I run into people I haven't seen in 2-3 years they act like I been on dat dere. This shyt doesn't make sense and has me like :why:
